JEHOVAH'S COLONY

Deuteronomy 31:8

The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

 Whenever we choose corridors of anxiety, we poke our nose into a domain that is controlled by a different power. Anxiety makes you seem as though you were the one in control; you alone and no one else.

Anxieties limit God's power to execute what it is meant to execute. When you don't believe that the Spirit is able and will do this, God's arm seems short in your own world. We at times want to step in the shoes of God and never let Him to breath His way.
The Israelites cried out to the Lord when they saw the Egyptians coming. They thought that it was them in control. And that whatever their power was, they were finished that day; because they were of no match to the Egyptians'.

Nevertheless, Moses knew it was not him who was driving the flock. He looked up at the greater power that knows it all... though even himself; he knew no solution. He went to Jehovah. It was then that he looked unto the Lord that a way was given unto the gang.
Jehovah was their driver.
The congregation was neither for Moses, nor for Aron. It was not for pharaoh. Though pharaoh thought that the Israelites were all his, it was not his colony. The colony belonged to higher power...it was Jehovah's colony.

Your boss may seem nagging and seemingly your earthly king, your life is not his colony. What he does will not change the good person that you are supposed to be. He is not the power behind your movements. He is a peck on your Lane to your destiny....a hinge that is simply helping you get where God has destined you to be.
You may think that life is all upon you to carry to where you think it should be, but the mere fact that there is someone who knew you before you were born; is the fact that there is someone who owns you more than you do. 

Your life is Jehovah's colony. It is His garden. He is the one who knows where and when to plant seeds. It is Him who plants prosperity in your life. He is the one who is ruling and not anyone else. God knows all you are dear. The Bible says that His plan is to prosper you and give you a good future. Have you ever thought about why God's plans for you are Good? The answer to that is because He loves you and cares about His colony. Deuteronomy has told us that it is the Lord himself that goes before us...and will never forsake us. Just tell Christ today to take it all and drive you. Tell Him to be the Potter and let yourself be the clay. Let not anxiety rule...but stay at peace and all you are meant to be will come to pass.
