Matthew 18:18

 “I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

God made the soul, the spirit and the body. The soul ,spirit and body are entwined. We all know that the mind is a base of the spirit. If the mind is a base of the spirit, then the brain - that is a base of the mind is also the base of the spirit. 
And it is obvious, whatever we hear, whatever we see, whatever we say is taken to the brain and all ends up in the spirit.

There is a partical entanglement of your spirit with the universe, and spirits elsewhere. Even the actions that you do secretly affect others else where. That is the reason as to why when your loved one got a problem somewhere back then, you felt a strange feeling. You may say that it is the holy spirit, but then even non believers testify of such feelings.

The heavens above are entangled with our spirits. And maybe to bring matters to literal planes, the brain is connected to the heavens. 
And for that reason, whatever you bind on earth is also bound in heaven and that whatever you loose in heaven. 
But let's try to understand what heaven we talk about. We have proven it that even non believers have the interconnection in spiritual realms. But the heaven that supplies their needs is not the one that supplies our needs. Our needs are supplied from the heaven above all heavens.

You can now see how your words will determine the supplies from your heaven. Proclamation is one tool all believers should learn to use. When you are in times of need, proclaim surplus . When you are sick, proclaim healing. Proclamation is a frequency that carries your signal to the superior realms. We as believers have been given power to send signal to the superior heaven. We have been given the keys to open superior doors. 
Have you ever wondered how many things you have lost out just because of poor proclamation? Just twist your tongue today. Determine what you want to happen to your world; Determine what you want the universe to do for you, and start to proclaim. Whatever you say will surely come to pass.
