NOW TENSE OF PRAISE

NOW TENSE OF PRAISE

Jeremiah 13:16

Give glory to the Lord your God before he brings the darkness, before your feet stumble on the darkening hills. You hope for light, but he will turn it to thick darkness and change it to deep gloom.
--------------------------------------------
In the book of revelation, it is said that Lucifer was released from heaven to the earth. He was arrested in a dark place but will be released. He will be released for a while and later be thrown into everlasting fire.
The book clarifies how all things have been planned to happen within known times ; times known by the creator and thereafter Christ will come.
It shows how there is grace before a great darkness appears.

In our reading of today, we are told to glorify the Lord before such evil darkness comes. It employs us to use the best of the opportunity we have now before time is too late on our side. It calls for the "now tense" of praise.

You don't have to say that "I will praise the Lord tomorrow". Praise the Lord now. You don't have to say that "I will start offering this coming Sunday". Start offering now. Don't wait for a given time in order to help the needy. You don't have to wait for a given time to give!
You can give now. You can offer now. You can praise now.

The best of your offering unto your God is an offer as living sacrifice. The living sacrifice that you are is within you and can be done anytime. Interceded within your heart now. Speak to your God now. Worship within your heart now. It is the now tense of praise that we should all be thinking about.

Tomorrow is never certain. The dark times are not certain. The time Christ will return is not certain. The Bible says that He will come like a thief. No one knows the time except God our heavenly father.
This means that whatever we do, we should do it with a now tense. Repent now, fast now, pray now, renew your mind now, praise now. Such a tense will keep you at per with the holy spirit always. You will live and pray at all occasions with all kinds of prayers. You will always be fueled spirit - wise. And that whatever you do, the Spirit of God will always lead you.

                    GOD BLESS YOU
