CRUCIFIED

CRUCIFIED

 Matthew 27:32

As they were going out, they met a man from Cyrene, named Simon, and they forced him to carry the cross. 33 They came to a place called Golgotha (which means The Place of the Skull). 34 There they offered Jesus wine to drink, mixed with gall; but after tasting it, he refused to drink it. 35 When they had crucified him, they divided up his clothes by casting lots. 36 And sitting down, they kept watch over him there. 37 Above his head they placed the written charge against him: this is jesus, the king of the jews

They all had gone. They all had left. Even those that denied Him left. He was alone. He laboured with the cross. He was rolled to the valley of death. He was trashed as though he contained nothing. Surprisingly, the priests were behind His agony. They really loved to see Him like that. Have you ever wondered what kind of priests were these men; these men who by all means made bribes with Judah; these men who hated what Jesus did - even when it was good and not in anyway harmful? They were temple"pastors. The "church" of the olden days was behind the crucification. They were the true examples of wolves under sheep's clothing. They pretend they love God. They pretend they like to see everyone do good. They pretend they desire to see love flourish. But yet, they made blood flow by their own hands. What kind of people were they leading? What message were they delivering to the rest.
They killed the lamb...the innocent blood. How awful.?

What was written about the Christ was fulfilled. Not strangers did this. The people who claimed to walk with God and are on their paths to the kingdom of God - are the ones who were behind the fulfillment.
This shows that even in our lives, the people that pull you and push you through the journey of life are not strangers. They are the people that you clearly know. Those that are your enemies are not strangers, they are ones you have clear knowledge about.

Well it was meant to pass. Even when the lamb...the innocent soul felt that it was too much for Him, he prayed to His heavenly father to take away the 'cup'. But the agreement was already signed in heavenly documents and was irreversible . He was to wash the sins of a stained civilization...he was to wash our sins.

It is finished. The Lord Almighty...the Christ and the Lamb of God has made it. He has broken the grips of the cross. He has taken what was your downfall and pinned it on the cross. He was crucified for you to be free. Rejoice in our Lord. I will say it again, rejoice.

                    GOD BLESS YOU
