 LIFE IN THE SKULL

 Isaiah 53:5

 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.

It could never have happened that there is life, there is peace and there is grace.
In the years of Noah, there were enemies of God all over the land. They sinned greatly to the point of making God regret why he made them. God however knew that he had to deal with them in one way or the other. He planned to wreck mayhem all over the so-called civilization. He sent a collosal flood that couldn't help but wash down a trashed civilization from the holy planet.

Times started again and people multiplied. But as they got larger and larger in number so did iniquity and sin. It was as if the ancestoral demonic DNA had grown again. Sin came.

The wages of sin are death but the gift of God is eternal life . God knew he had to punish again. But he never wanted the previous experience since he even drew a convenant with the ancestors that he would never destroy the world like he did. 
There was a way out. There should be someone to stand in the gap for humanity. Christ came in . He stood in the gap. He came to die for you and me. He was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. 
And through His bloody body, we regained the life that would have been taken away. Through His skull , there came the healing of the nations. His death was not for nothing. There was life in the skull.

He died so you can live
 He died so you can have peace of mind . He died so you can have a better relationship with God. He suffered so you may rejoice.
Rejoice in the Lord today. Quit worrying about your life. Quit worrying about what has not happened. Christ made everything happen. Instead, run to him through prayer. Run to him for life. He bought you at a price. You are free. He bled because of you. And he continues to intercede for you. One confidence you should have in this season is that Christ has made the life you need and all you need is already done.
