WAGES OF LABOR
WAGES OF LABOR
1 Corinthians 15:58
Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

One problem that we have is the reality that we serve a kingdom and God we have never seen face to face. And that we rely on belief that we know He exists. It is a problem because many faint in their service to God just because they don't see Him and the rewards.
If it was that someone saw another receive gold and silver physically from their service to God, everyone would run to serve Him. And since jobs in such a kingdom are not limited to positions, we could have everyone doing that job to earn the silver and gold.
But that is not the case...I mean a place where we collect our rewards after service. The rewards are given in one way or the other.
The nature and amount of rewards varies from one person to the other. The amount and kind of rewards I may receive from my service may not be the same amount and kind that another person in the same service may receive.
A determinant of such is with the heart. The amount of "heart energy" you put into the service; I mean the devotion you put, determines what you receive and how much you receive.
These rewards are not only heavenly, they are also earthly. When you serve God, you will be blessed both in heaven and on earth. Testing and seeing these blessings come to life is another devotion within scripture. God is faithful and He rewards all who come to him.
If you think you need the blessing of God pouring out so much into your life, give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
GOD BLESS YOU
