FACE TO FACE WITH DEATH

FACE TO FACE WITH DEATH

 Romans 8:36

For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
--------------------------------------------
In the quiet of night, he prayed, "...if you are willing, take this cup from me." He was in agony. Jesus suffered before he finally suffered the last. The prayer that he makes requesting for the cup to be taken away from him shows how much pain he had within. Even when he faced death every day of his life, he was now face to face with it at last.

Of course not just for His own milk and honey, he faced death for you to live like he did. And when we say living like he did, we also mean facing death like he did.
There is a lot that goes on in a Christian Life after they accept Jesus as their personal Lord and savior. The first is that you are willing to Carry the cross that awaits. You are ready to bear the name Christian. You are ready to be a Christ ambassador...and ambassador for heaven.

This means that you will face challenges in this world. But as Christ himself said, he too faced them and overcame. You may be persecuted in this world, hated in this world, but Christ said that He too was hated and persecuted and overcame. He still lives in you. Everyday may be death for you. Trouble may come your way. Tears will come your way. Hunger will come your way. Bad people will come your way. All these things came the way of Christ. He that overcame all of these is able to overcome what is before you. You may be face to face with death, but Christ says he is face to face with you. He is talking to you and giving you directions in whisper. Whether you are considered as sheep to be slaughtered, consider yourself as a Victor before Christ.

                     GOD BLESS YOU

TRIBE OF LENDERS

TRIBE OF LENDERS   Proverbs 19:17  He who is kind and generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward him for what he has done. -------------------------------------------- It is easy to go through life with the mind of "it's not enough...it's not enough". By nature, we were created to recognize the fact that it's we first then .... We were created to survive and always know that there is not enough. Our genes have been made to think about ourselves alone and how we survive in the world of scarcity. This fact that thrives within us is not supposed to be proved true. There are several results that God has set for those that prove such rules wrong. You know, when you try to go against human nature and try to mimic the nature of God, you attract more of what God has set for the cause. As the human nature is self centered and self seeking, stepping out of such to pursue kindness and open hands attracts God's attention...it attracts the rewa...

OLDEN STRENGTH

OLDEN STRENGTH Psalm 77:1 I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago. -------------------------------------------- It is easy to go through life thinking about the future and forgetting the past. Craving for the future is one thing I have realized does not end. Even the very rich still have cravings. There can not be a moment where cravings end and the mind is inactive only thriving in gratification. Such a moment is only created by us. Anyway, that was a by- the- way. Our point starts from here. The future does not hold the roots but the past does. The roots are not from the sky but are from where the tree started. What makes the tree strong are the roots .  What makes the future strong are the roots. They are the past. You cannot know where you should go unless you know where you came from. How typical you may know where you came from is another factor.  Knowing that God is great is not knowing the future that holds. Knowing that Go...

FORWARD

FORWARD Luke 13:33  In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day—... --------------------------------------------    A Levite in the desert thought was cunning. After killing the Egyptian, he sauntered back to the community. Little did he realise that he was noticed by his fellow and that the news had gone about faster than it could. Knowing this, he fled to Midian where he met the Lord. And being asked by the Lord to rescue his people from slavery, Moses refused. He thought that role was better with someone more superior. But after the Lord insisting, he took the task. The people who were thought as slaves were no lesser to stubbornness and disrespect. They gave Moses hard time. But one thing that happened was forward movement.  Even the Lord used lots of wonders to sustain them through the journey and yet many died from their stubbornness. But regardless of their deaths, the journey went forward. God moved forward. Moses faced the worst of trial...
