MY FRIEND IN THE WILD

Luke 16:9

I tell you, use worldly wealth to gain friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed into eternal dwellings.

Through his life time at the beginning, he chose to do one thing. He knew he needed a spirit that ignites fire in unity. Jesus therefore chose his first disciples. Not long after, he chose another round of disciples and made the unity twelve. It was not for nothing, because these very people stepped into his shoes when he died . They also aided him in different missions that he under took .

Life is a complicated matrix. You never know what tomorrow brings . You never know who you become tomorrow. You never know what becomes of your people and loved ones . You never know what becomes of your property. There is nothing that looks so permanently. 

Even Job in his splendor, he never knew what could become of children. He never knew what would become of his property. And what would become of his health. 

The uncertainty of events calls for a brilliant investment. An investment of love.

Well, uncertainty is not only with the tangible. But even the intangible can take on the shape of uncertainty. So this investment is not all for tangible. There is a morning you wake up and you don't feel like doing anything. There is a morning you wake up and you are emotionally ill . Even a time when your salvation is at a stake. That is where a soulmate comes in ...that is the moment to lean on someone.

One thing I have become certain of is that in as much as God plans for our lives, He also plans for the friends we should be fond of at given times. They are in the wild. Just like a magnet finds it's own twin, you need to choose your "disciples" in the wild.

The Bible in Proverbs talks of how the wise choose friends carefully. And also, that the people you move with shape your life. If you want to be wise, move with the wise. If you move with the foolish, you will become foolish.

Not everyone can be your friend. There is also space for your enemies . And sorting out such a puzzle between possible friends and enemies is work in itself. That calls for the time to fly through the wild and call your soulmate. Even if the wild may seem vast, there is a way . The good news is that your own hear your frequencies.

Use your worldly energies to gain friends for yourself, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed.
