IN THE SMALL LIFE Job 14:1 “Mortals, born of woman,  are of few days and full of trouble. --------------------------------------------     Of course your grandmother was not a thousand years before their death. She was only hundred or even less.  But there is a group that hit figures like nine hundred ninety years in their age. Wow....wow. That is a time in today's generation that many generations may have come up and gone. It is a lot of time. But even in the eyes of mother nature, it is not too much time...just a shift of debris among the collosal mountains. The years we live are not a lot but the too many troubles that we face may make the time feel a lot. The challenges that we face every day can feel like the world will never end. Even those that were born yesterday can stand and say Christ has taken long ever since He promised that He shall return to take back the saints. But were they even there when Christ had just left the earth? A thousand days...

ACUTE REFLECTION Psalm 77:11 I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago. --------------------------------------------    Moving forward without looking back is a thing that we emphasis in many motivations. We say that you should let the past go and focus on the future. That you should let that that has transpired to be and fix your eyes on the things that are ahead. That looking at the things that are behind will only choke the dreams that are ahead. Of course that is true. But the looking at what is behind and having the dreams choked is when we look like the Israelites did. Looking and recalling the watermelon that came along even when there was a stroke. Or looking at the grave that were available even when there was stroke and watermelon. It is such a look that is not encouraged and it is one that will choke the dreams.
