DOES LIFE HAVE A PURPOSE?

1 Thessalonians 1:4-5

 For we know, brothers and sisters loved by God, that he has chosen you, because our gospel came to you not simply with words but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and deep conviction. You know how we lived among you for your sake.

    It is easy to go through life to survive and live on without pressure and without responsibility. It is good not have responsibility and persons to report to. What purpose does it hold when we simply live and are not bothered by anything?
In the region far in the Eastern part of the earths, God thinks something is wise and good to do. He picks the soils and molds human. He makes them to take care of his creations and do his will. 

Knowing that you shouldn't do anything is easy because you may have all the reasons not to take on that responsibility or that concern. 
But a purpose has been signed within you. A something great and of great importance to the creation of God all around is within you. 

How do we know the something that is great and Is lurking within us?
For I know, brothers and sisters loved by God, that He has chosen you. This truely means that we are owned by someone and have to be answerable in all aspects of our living. But chosen is a word to think about. When were we chose. I don't remember us standing lines and a person ruling out who comes and who doesn't come. But then we were chosen. Of course chosen not to sit and warm church benches but to have a something great to do.

To find the purpose of life is to go into the void and make known something. It is to go and do something and seeing what aligns with your deep soul. But like we didn't stand up on queue to be identified as chosen, we can't wait for a word from heavens to shout out loud the purpose of your life. The scripture above has talked of the word coming by simply conviction. As you travel through the void and do a something, the conviction will come. And that is your purpose in life.

Craving for the future is one thing I have realized does not end. Even the very rich still have cravings.
