A PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE

Daniel 6:10

Now when Daniel learned that the decree had been published, he went home to his upstairs room where the windows opened toward Jerusalem. Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before.

    Daniel was a wise man among the many. We have Friends and many of them influence our decisions and direction. God is wonderful. He made us for others and others for us. We live in unity.

But unity may mean a portion that is not the whole that is desired to direct and dictate our lives. Because of unity, Many have followed the many and have nothing. Because of unity, many have given into the bandwagon effect and have fallen prey to circumstances that are beyond.

Of course am not saying against unity. Even unity itself is beyond bandwagon.
But the larger portion beyond bandwagon is where we find something fishy. 
The boundaries beyond the many are the ones that help us discover the reasons and "whys" to which we find ourselves here. Many of course question why we were created. And many answers say that we were created to worship God. However, God is not short of worshipers anyway...Though that answer holds. But the purpose is beyond the boundaries.
It is beyond the moving as the many say.

Daniel knew that the decree had been released and that the punishment was steadfast . Nevertheless, he knew the moving with the many is not the thing of self discovery and purpose driven life. 
He knew his purpose lies beyond the bandwagon. Of course when we would say let him embrace unity, then his God - driven purpose would be lost. 
We don't need to move as the many say. We may anyhow. But the most times many rise to move is a direction away from our purpose.

OLDEN STRENGTH Psalm 77:1 I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago. -------------------------------------------- It is easy to go through life thinking about the future and forgetting the past. Craving for the future is one thing I have realized does not end. Even the very rich still have cravings. There can not be a moment where cravings end and the mind is inactive only thriving in gratification. Such a moment is only created by us. Anyway, that was a by- the- way. Our point starts from here. The future does not hold the roots but the past does. The roots are not from the sky but are from where the tree started. What makes the tree strong are the roots .  What makes the future strong are the roots. They are the past. You cannot know where you should go unless you know where you came from.
