    The moments of wander. Even the most powerful seek support and advice. The moments of despair and hopelessness, the seemingly destructive want justice spoken. We thought that these destructive weaponry army would not seek a word before causing massacre.
But there was a time that they knew they needed to deal with Job. They went to Jehovah to consult if they should cause ruins to the seemingly humble and righteous man. And stirring up stories, Jehovah says Job is the most righteous among those people. Of course such praise ignited the enemy to go the furthest to cause a fall.

But why does the enemy go to God to seek audience regarding a certain issue?
The above scripture talks of an evil spirit that went out from the presence of God to cause a negative sequence. This phrase makes us think that this evil spirit resides with God on same grounds. It is like saying an angel came from God to Saul. But this case is not an angel or a good spirit. It is an evil spirit that they are talking about.
This may be counterintuitive. As we all know that God and evil are not in "good terms". God and evil are like light and darkness. And we know that light and darkness don't interact. And so good and evil don't interact.

Well, the sequence of the matter require more paragraphs to elaborate as the spirit guides. But the spirit will round up this matter for us. 
You see, Lucifer and his other angels used to have fellowship with God and with all heavenly creatures for millions if not billions upon billions of years. That was before they made their decision to resist authority. These demons were created by God and God knows them in and out. Even now after their rebellion, the fact that they were created by God cannot be erased. That fact remains and still God knows them. Just like a father who has a stubborn child that ran away from him still remains the father. If God were to save them, wouldn't He? But there is more to that. God somewhere respects our decisions. It is like if He gave you the gift of salvation and you decided to go to the world, He will give warning and all of that but still respect the fact that you have made your own choice. The devils made their own choices. But because God is God and that He is still God of all creatures and all creations, He still has audience with devils. Though this audience has its time limit and will soon be cut, there is a dialogue. 
You know the Bible says that all things work together for the good. We may think that since God Is good , there is nothing bad that will happen to those He loves. But since the bad things have to happen to justify the good things, God lets the bad to happen. But as holy as He is, He can't do the bad Himself, He will let the thoughts of the devils charm to do bad and also let them do the bad. But the Bible says that when the enemy comes up like a flood, the spirit rises a standard. So there is still a standard of the bad that the devils can do. We wouldn't know that Job is strong if the bad was not given space to act. God may know but we also needed to know on an experimental basis.
Since there are standards set up all over the world by the holy Spirit, the devil has to seek permission to encroach certain zones. And that is the reason as to why he will go to God and speak while being listed to. The real war is between Jesus and Lucifer. Jesus intercedes for the saints before God whilst the devil also seeks permission to cause harm. The spirit that came to Saul was the devil who also sits and listens to God while speaking.
We have to stay tight with our seat belts and guard against all temptations. We have to fight with Jesus our redeemer.
