GOD'S MAP

Psalm 119:105

Your word is a lamp for my feet,  a light on my path.

    In a world where everything is tilting at lightning speed, waiting for what seems not be working is challenging. We want to make the quick decisions and make the drastic move without delay. 
But speed may not be the problem. Going fast is good. But the problem is the kind of roadmap that we are using and the kind of schedule on which we are revolving. 

The Bible tells us about the plans of God. It tells us that God has a good plan for us and that His plans are not to destroy us but rather to prosper us and give us a bright future. And even Matthew talks of how God intends to fulfill our prayer requests with speed. That means that He is thinking seriously about us.
However, because other factors get into play, some things will take time to arrive to our place. And that we will need to be patient and wait.

Even when the world is in a gold rush and is moving faster than anticipated, we need to follow God's map. We need to align with Jehovah and be in good mood with Him. We don't need to lean on our own understanding but lean on the understanding of God.
God's map may be lining in a different direction to our own. We may think that a certain pattern is the best and that we need to run in accordance to that pattern, but God knows that another is the rightful one for us to use.
Moses was clever in his eyes. He knew he clearly knew himself and that no one would challenge him beyond what he knew he could do. But God was set from his birth to challenge him. Moses thought that he couldn't address the government of pharaoh concerning the Israelites, but God knew among all speaking mammals, he was the one fit. He rejected the responsibility and said he couldn't. But God insisted. Moses took on the duty and he found that that was where his purpose was. We now read and get inspired of his great works. There are times where you may think you are clever. You may think you know what to do, yet the map of God knows clearly the way you should go.
Do let God behind. Make Him the leader of your destiny. Make Him part and fully involved in your journey. Hear His word and heed His voice.

THE CREED AT THE THRONE   Psalms 40:1  I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. -------------------------------------------- There are of course alot of times we pray for something and we feel we need that fast enough. And if am not mistaken , it is most of the times that we pray. We simply want answers right then. And some demand for the answers right away. But either way, you want God to come to your aid at the time you think He should come. But have you ever wondered why some people pray and receive their answers alittle fast compared to a similar prayer someone else had? Well that happens, you can pray and I pray the same thing yet we receive answers at different times.  With the scripture above, interpreting it may seem easy, but diving into it could seem a bit hard. Craving for the future is one thing I have realized does not end. Even the very rich still have cravings. There can not be a moment where cravings end and the mind is inactive only thriving in gratification. Such a moment is only created by us. Anyway, that was a by- the- way. Our point starts from here. The future does not hold the roots but the past does. The roots are not from the sky but are from where the tree started.
