ARBITRATOR
PERCEPTION:
ARBITRATOR
Matthew 7:1-2
"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
--------------------------------------------
It is easy to go about seeing lines of weaknesses in others and trying to conclude on given matters. Even with what they wear and how they look like. We don't mean 'not thinking about them or having an opinion'. Obviously your mind will produce opinions on a given person from looks to dress work.
There are people who say to others that they will never make it. They say that they will not manage. Even after opening a small business selling small merchandise, they say to them that they will fail in that. And when they wish to scale and try to share with them their plans to scale the business, they say to them that they cannot manage such platform. Telling a person the truth is okay. But these ones say it in manners affirming that there is a definite failure for the person and that even with great trial, they will never ever make it.
There is something that cooks as such judgement is made. The reason I have seen why they do so is because they feel it is all about them and it is them alone to hold the top. And that as they see others trying to hold the top, they are threatened and try to fight back with judgement. Indirectly, Satan wants to sell a wrong perception to the victim being judged.
But the other thing that cooks is a perception that they who are judging receive. As you try to look at impossibilities in others, you too deposit a spirit of impossibilities in yourself.... silently. As you try to tell someone else that there is a speck in your eye, specks in yours become more visible. As you try to dilute another person's existence to make yours sound, you become more and more nullfied.
What you do to others also gets back to you.
Judging others shows that what is thriving in you is hungry for more. It shows insufficiency in you. But you know the kind of judgement am talking about. Being an arbitrator for who succeeds and who doesn't is inhuman. The judge is above us who knows the ways of each man. The person who has spent his time building his character to qualify for ultra success cannot be shadowed by people; God is the commander. Whatever you have done ,people cannot nullify; God is the judge. The criticism that doesn't "hold any water" and is not called for - will not make you stranded in want and longing; God has the final say over your life. Change from perceiving others as the ultimate determant of your destiny to God as the driver and arbitrator.
GOD BLESS YOU
