Proverbs 30:25

Ants are creatures of little strength,  yet they store up their food in the summer

    Even in the abundance of summer, the ant is wise. She knows food will not come from the sky and fall to their aid. They work harder to have enough for winter. They gather enough material to erect the strong house. They gather enough food to prepare for the inadequacy that awaits them in the new season. Of course the house they build so diligently will remain as a master piece to remind them of their hardwork in 2026.

The seasons are coming this year. The seasons where there will be lack and want. Am not making prophecy and evil proclamations. It is obvious you too know this - there is lack and inadequacy that awaits. You cannot seat and think the year will have green moods and all throughout. The ant doesn't think so. She has to be ready for another round of inadequacy.
She has to be prepared.

Joseph was a righteous man. Even when he was sold to Egyptians, he still maintained his code of discipline and upright conduct. He climbed up the rough ladder till he became a minister in the land of slavery. He also became a link between God and Egypt; even when Egypt didn't believe in God. A time for inadequacy was at hand. God told Joseph about the seven years of plenty and harvest and the following seven years of lack and famine. Joseph didn't lean back and say that the mighty God will provide. Joseph made clever strategies to step into inadequacy and go through it with sustenance. He kept so much grain and so much food that they failed to continue keeping record of how much was stored. The famine came. Even in inadequacy, they could supply other countries and still have enough left.

It is funny how many of us get into dry seasons and look like we didn't know about the occurrence. It feels an abrupt event. We lack water, food, and gamble so much to push on.
These seasons are to come. 2026 has months of lack. You are to prepare adequately if you wish to have enough sustenance throughout. You have to store up some grain if you wish to have enough to eat. You have to save up some money if you wish to have cash to enable purchase and supply of needs. You have to have the ant-spirit. 
There is no one who will come to do it for you. Situations like COVID lockdowns throw many down simply because we never plan how to survive in lack. If you don't make a decision not to fail, you have decided to fail.

OMNIPRESENT Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. -------------------------------------------- One trouble that sets the pace of all other troubles is the fact that we draw in our minds. We may move through this world . We may encounter various situations. We may encounter various people. And of course we may encounter various challenges. What sets the pace for great challenges is thinking you are in singular. When a house is built on a single pole, it makes the house vulnerable to winds and rains. But the house that is built on various poles and support gives its inhabitants confidence of being safe from any form of disturbances. After killing the Egyptian, he sauntered back to the community. Little did he realise that he was noticed by his fellow and that the news had gone about faster than it could.
