We struggle by physical might to overcome the mountainous challenge. It is verse 14 of the book that caught my attention. It says that you only need to stand still. That God will fight the war,...yes.., but you also need to be still . You need to be at peace. You need to believe. Many time we have assumed the position of God and have tried to fight battles that are meant for God. We have assumed God's shoes and think we are the ones supposed to fight. When the Bible says that the battle is God's and the victories are yours, you had better understood what that clearly means. It can't mean you fight and

  SAME GOD , SAME WORD.  2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work ----------------------------------------- --- Because of unending urge to satisfy given bodily desires, many have come up with claims as to why some corners of the Bible nolonger work and as to why others are still at work. They have used scripture to deviate from what is true to what satisfies flesh. Anyway the devil used scripture to defend his point against Jesus. It is no surprise that those who advocate for sinful acts in talk, dressing, food and all sorts of sexual immorality use scripture to affirm their claims. The devil the father of sin used the same lane. And he still uses the same lane on the road map to destruction. The very important words to get held of are " ALL SCRIPTURE", " USEFUL". Though the world gives peace. It is not as good as the one that the Lord gives. The world will provide the calm places. They will create calm restaurants...create calm parks. They will create games. But all these cannot give the peace that is as good as the Lord's. We as children of God never find true peace from anywhere else other than from the Lord. It is God our Father that has the inner calmness that we need. He came to save us because we were not whole... because we were not complete with peace. It begins by submitting that you truely went astray and that you indeed did the wrong. Many times we think we are perfect and that saying that we did wrong makes us less. God is good ....and yet it's all the time. When you are happy, God is good. When you are not happy, God is good. When you are sick, God is good. When are healthy. He is still good. He is always God and will always be. Challenges may strike you to your knees. That doesn't make God not the same good God when you were happy. He still has the same strength of the smile that He had when you were rejoicing. As

  PRIVILEGED AS A CHILD OF GOD   _1 John 3:1_  How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! It was not a name given to to greatest angels that were dumped to earth. It is a special name for those God calls special. Even on earth, it is not a name for any animal or any human. It is for those that are chose to be. If you think and you know you bear the name, there is much that lies in you that is more than that that is in the World. There is a special person in you that God knows. This person you have to hold with due respect.  What God sees in you is special. It is therefore incumbent upon you to hold your special self with honour. Speak to your self as though you were speaking to a princess.
