He or she must be understanding. He must understand the purpose of God, understand his power, understand his knowledge. You cannot serve God if you don't understand his purpose. You cannot serve Him without his knowledge. And above all, you cannot serve unless you have will and zeal. The will to carry on his purpose and power. The zeal to minister his knowledge.  The zeal is reflected in how much you seek the Lord. It is reflected in how much you sacrifice for His service. Reflected in the time you give in for his service.  A person with such character ( zeal, understanding) is worth of service and communion. Many times , we miss out on the goodness of God because we lack a spir

* Psalm:4.4 *   In your anger do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent. Selah --------------------------------------------  Emotions are one of the critical components of the heart. It is them that drive you to reach your ends. It is the very ones that build or unbuild your relationships with others. They can destroy your relationship with God.  Anger is not sin according to the above scripture. But it is a smooth path to sin according to the human nature anyway. It is not sin because even somewhere Within scripture, God got angry as the israelites became big headed and stubborn. But to human nature, you can easily be promoted to do or say something wrong because of burning anger. You know when you become angry, you are at times totally buried in emotions and thus blinded. You become blind in such a way that you forget all about your actions and act and react as the emotion leads. To avoid the evils that arise because of anger, you need to go silent and

It is a medium through which spiritual power is connected to souls. It is a heart to heart "inter-code".  You cannot get the fullest of God if you don't have a strong "inter-code" ; a connection to His endless resources. You cannot get to His full stores if there is no faith; faith as a believe that let's God yield His spirit to you. It is faith that draws your spirit to the spiritual realms . When the luxurious times end, and the festivities become blurred...;we think the world has ended. And that now God has left us to hustle. He has given up on us. We feel the usual challenges have come up again. But within scripture, they tell us how everything has its own time. There is time of sunshine and there is a time of rains. There are climates of wildernesses and climates of rains. Your life has seasons. God drives you from one season to the other. He brings everything to you in the proper time and proper manner. He gives you weights in proper amounts. You will never receive what is not due to you.  For that case, you should have it at the back of you mind that your challenges and weights now are in their due seasons. The burden you face now

For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. --------------------------------------------  Most of the time that we spend in our lives is spent chasing after the resources of this world. We run up and down six days a week to take part of the global cake.... however, we spare just a day to commune with the Spirit. Even within that very day, there could be just a few hours spared for the spiritual fellowship. Yet what comes ahead of us in the spiritual realms and unseen holds more value than what is seen. However, it is important to note that nothing..... absolutely nothing, comes to us without the approval of spiritual powers. Whether you chase after a car or after a house, your acquisition will have to have the approval of spiritual authorities. Whether you are aware or not. God will look at his purpose in your life in order to let you have what you need and the

*WITHIN SCRIPTURE.*  *Genesis:37.10*   When he told his father as well as his brothers, his father rebuked him and said, "What is this dream you had? Will your mother and I and your brothers actually come and bow down to the ground before you?" .11 His brothers were jealous of him, but his father kept the matter in mind. --------------------------------------------  Here within scripture, Joseph tries to share his God given dream with his family members. The dream reflects how Joseph will go to higher heights., Heights where his own people will have no option but to bow down before him as they ask favors from him. Heights where is a mighty leader. Joseph being younger, he was ridiculed. They thought that that was stupid...and that the dream was out of his instincts. However, the father keeps the matter to his heart and somehow feels flesh in it. He knew the boy couldn't speak what he had not seen in the dreams. *WITHIN SCRIPTURE.*  *Leviticus:26.27*   "'If in spite of this you still do not listen to me but continue to be hostile toward me, .28 then in my anger I will be hostile toward you, and I myself will punish you for your sins seven times over. --------------------------------------------  Many times, we do wrong God...and many times He does warn us. He is a God of second chance. He gives us signals concerning our sins and the wrong we have done. He doesn't wake up one morning to punish sin that you yourself are not fully aware.  The consequences that come after sin come from sins we are much aware. The problem at times is that we heed not to the warning of God. We give it a cold shoulder as though we think we not guilty enough of what they say we have done. God's punishment of sin comes after a series of warnings. The warning may come from fellow people. It may come through dreams or through visions. It could also come as convictions that you may mistake for mere instin

*WITHIN SCRIPTURE.*  *Psalm:20.7*   Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God. .8 They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm. --------------------------------------------  Trust is the confidence and reliance on something, someone or a standard. Here within scripture, horses and chariots are used to mean physical things . Wealth, security, and people are examples of them.  We are saved by the blood of the lamb ,and in yesterday's scripture we saw how Christ after having risen from the dead...gave us ultimate power including protection. However, even with such privilege as children of God, some have less confidence and less reliance on their spiritual Lord. They trust that accumulating wealth will save them in the times of trouble. They think that the people that they surround themselves with will rescue them when there is trouble. And that having such people will open new doors in their lives. They start to

* Matthew:11.28 *   "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. .29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. .30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." --------------------------------------------   Many times , most christians want to use Christedom as a passport to their prosperity... though not conciously. The other people feel unworthy. They feel God has given them nothing. And God views an arrogant person as an enemy. And your spirituality needs to change.  The curse and whatever evil covenants that were made for you in the days of the old have been broken.  The relationships that one had in the days of the past have to change. Whatever tool he used to use against you will be changed to a more weaked one.  As there is such a change in his strategies, there should be a change of the mind therefore. *WITHIN SCRIPTURE.*  *Philippians:4.4*   Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! -------------------------------------------- This scripture is calling our for a soul to look at what Christ has done and not what He has not done. At times we don't gain full joy Within out hearts because of looking at what has not yet been done. We think we have prayed enough but God has not done enough. We think God has forgotten us. Such a mindset only generates misery and a sorrowful face all times. The fact that Christ died for you on the cross indicates that He has give you the right to become a child of the most high. You are a royalty in christ Jesus.  He stood In your place and died for you, indicating that he has pinned all trouble to the cross...and so you should let go of worries and be glad. * Exodus:14.4 *   And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and he will pursue them. But I will gain glory for myself through Pharaoh and all his army, and the Egyptians will know that I am the LORD." So the Israelites did this. -------------------------------------------- There are situations that don't cool down because God has not yet gained His glory. God let's some circumstances to overtake us in order for Him to stretch out His hand and do what has failed man. Pharaoh's heart was already hard , and he could not let the israelites go out of Egypt. But that was not enough, the Lord had to harden his heart the more. So that the israelites would appreciate the saving powerful hand of God. *2 Corinthians:4.8 *   We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; .9 persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. --------------------------------------------  In the above reading, it clearly means that persecution is a definite cause in our lives. Challenges are obvious. The devil fights all the time.  The devil fights all the time but to some extent we don't fight all the time like he does. At times he is fighting while we are seated. But when the enemy comes like a flood, the spirit raises standard. The enemy is against you but you are not destroyed.. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. -------------------------------------------- There is a definite end that the bible has clearly stated....;the fleeing away of the devil from you just after resistance. The devil uses our weaknesses to over throw us...we all know that. He uses what we already know in our minds to tempt us. He uses the beliefs we cherish in our hearts to mislead us. The devil starts from the point where you are to fail and destroy your destiny. However, two things within scripture show that embracing them as a tool in fighting the enemy will definitely make him loose; total submission to God and resisting the devil. You cannot resist the devil if you don't totally submit to God. And you can't submit to God if you have not decided to resist the devil. You are the very one who struggles to come out of the problem. When the israelites cried out to Moses and his God, the absolute answer was stand still and see the deliverance of the hand of God. They were not told to run or to extend a bit from the reach of pharaoh and his armies; they were told to stay calm. The Lord couldn't show his ultimate power if they struggled their way out. When God distributes resources throughout the earth, He distributes with a purpose. When He blesses the humble and brings down the proud, He does so with a purpose. Before God gives you what He gives you, He gives you with a purpose.  And therefore, whenever we kneel down to ask from Him, He considers the strong reason as to why you need that that you ask for. He will not give you any thing when your heart has a different motive. A motive that is far from what He expects of you. The devil however, uses what occupies our hearts most of the times to fail us. He uses our treasures. He cannot let you down using what you don't treasure and think about.
